Begin with the parts you need
Start with soprano, alto, tenor, and bass, or adapt the voice parts to your music. A score line brings those parts together across its bars, so you can follow the harmony at a glance.
Grow line by line
Add another score line when a phrase needs room. You can duplicate a line to use its structure as a starting point, then edit the new line. Each line can have the columns the music needs.
Shape the page
Set the title, composer, key, tempo, paper size, and orientation in the editor. The score is still yours to arrange; the last bar receives a double right border automatically, including after new bars are added.
Keep words close to notes
When you add lyrics, choose the part they belong to, or use General for a centered line shared across all parts. An underline can connect one syllable to several notes, even across a bar.
